First, check our Bug Reports forum to see if someone else has reported it. They may have found a resolution or our engineers are already tracking player reports in a forum thread.
If you believe you have found an exploit, disregard this step and make your report through Contact Us only.
If you do not see your issue listed or posted anywhere, please proceed with filing your report. When you do, please include the following information (to the best of your ability) to help us better understand the bug you are reporting:
- Connection type (wireless, mobile data, etc)
- Browser (including version)
- Operating system (including version)
- Anti-virus program
- Troubleshooting steps taken
We will also need a step-by-step description of the bug you are reporting to us. We need this information in order to reproduce the error. If we can't reproduce it, we can't diagnose and fix it. It's okay if you can only give us a rough list of steps, every bit of information helps!
