If you've lost access to your registered email address, forgotten your registered email address or username, or you're using an email domain listed here, you will need assistance from Flight Rising Support in order to recover your account.
If you've lost access to or forgotten your registered email address:
- You do not have to be logged in to your Flight Rising account in order to submit a ticket.
- When submitting your ticket you should use an email address you can access.
- Title your ticket "Account Recovery".
If you can't remember your username:
- Left-click "I forgot my username!"
- Fill in the fields with your registered information.
If you are using an email domain that does not reliably deliver Flight Rising emails:
- Submit your ticket with the email address registered to your account.
a. Support emails go through Zendesk, not flightrising.com. - Have an email from a different provider ready as our Support team will need to change your registered email address to complete account recovery.
a. Web email providers seem to be the most reliable: Gmail, yahoo, etc. - Title your ticket "Account Recovery".
Once Flight Rising Support has received your ticket, they will ask you to verify account ownership using registered details only the owner would know.
