Enter an accurate short description of your ticket. This will help our Support team process your ticket. A few examples: "Account Recovery," "Bug in Coliseum," "Can't stay logged in," "Forum Harassment."

Select the category which most accurately describes the nature of your ticket. We know it might be tempting to select what looks like a higher priority category in order to get your ticket seen faster, but we ask that you don't do that. Trying to jump the line causes an overall queue backlog and your ticket will go to the back of the line.

Please enter your Flight Rising username. If you do not know your username and are requesting recovery assistance, enter what you think your username should be. If you are not a Flight Rising player and are submitting an application for employment, please be sure the category above is set to your desired position and type "None" in this field.

When you submit your request make sure to include links to any dragons, players, posts, etc you are reporting. These links must be located on the Flight Rising website. If you are reporting a bug or error, please include step-by-step details and your device and web browser information. This will help us recreate the issue you're reporting to us.
