Why do you need my personal information?

During registration, you are asked to provide your first name, last name, and date of birth. We understand some are uncomfortable with providing their personal information; however, it is important you use verifiable information. 

This information is covered by our Privacy Policy and not shared with anyone other than the Flight Rising team member assisting you. We use your registered information to verify ownership of your account. If you have lost access to your account and need assistance with account recovery, you must be able to verify this information. If you cannot, Flight Rising Support will not be able to release or change any information registered to the account. 

If you cannot remember this information, recovery may still be possible if you can provide other information only the account owner would know.
